READY FOR YOUR OWN RIDE?
Start in the Lyft app.
That’s where you choose a Minnie Van, see the fare and request your ride. These links take you to Lyft or its official app listings.
- Set your trip. Open Lyft while at Walt Disney World, enter your destination and confirm your pickup location.
- Find the polka dots. Scroll through the ride types and select Minnie Van. For a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, choose Access. Minnie Van.
- Check, then request. Review the fare and pickup details before completing your ride request in Lyft.
- Meet your driver. Follow the vehicle on the app’s map and use its identifying number to find your Minnie Van.
Minnie Vans serve select Walt Disney World locations. Availability, fares and operating hours vary; check the app for your actual trip. Opening Lyft does not reserve a ride or preselect a Minnie Van.
What about an accessible ride or the airport?
For an accessible in-resort ride, choose Access. Minnie Van in Lyft when available. It has space for two mobility devices; check the app and Disney’s current details for your party’s needs.
Orlando International Airport service has separate eligibility and arrangements. Disney’s 2026 guidance describes service for Deluxe Resort, Deluxe Villa and Club Level stays, advance phone reservations from 60 to 2 days before arrival, and possible same-day requests through Lyft. Do not assume an ordinary in-resort request covers your airport transfer. Confirm eligibility, arrangements and availability with Disney before relying on it.
