Some people come to Disney for the rides. Others for the food, the fireworks, or the characters. But for me, it’s always been about something deeper—something healing. That’s why I created Refilling My Pixie Dust. It’s not just a name. It’s a feeling. A reset button. A return to joy.
Disney actually uses this exact phrase—Refilling My Pixie Dust—on their buses when the drivers are off duty and taking a break. It’s a clever little message to let you know magic needs a moment too. And the irony of this photo? I spotted it at the end of the night—my first night back at Walt Disney World—while waiting for my all-time favorite ride: a Minnie Van.
It had already been a perfect evening. I’d just celebrated May the 4th surrounded by fellow Star Wars fans, lightsabers glowing across Batuu. And for the first time, I met the amazing mods from the Ron on the Go community—people I’ve connected with through livestreams, now finally face-to-face.
There was something poetic about that bus rolling up with Refilling My Pixie Dust glowing across the front. As if the universe was nodding in approval. I was back. The magic was real. And I was exactly where I needed to be.
Because this isn’t just about content. It’s about connection. It’s about that spark that reminds us who we are. And for me, that spark starts right here.
