Dinner at Le Cellier is always a highlight, and this visit offered some fantastic flavors—though not without a hiccup.
We kicked things off with the Le Cellier Signature Bread Service, featuring warm pretzel bread and multigrain rolls, paired with rich butter. Absolutely delicious and a perfect start.
The Signature Poutine was next and, as always, it was spot-on: crispy fries, savory gravy, and melty cheese curds that make it an irresistible must-have.
For drinks, I tried The Northern Lights, a newer addition to the menu. It was light, refreshing, and had that fun glow that makes Disney cocktails extra magical.
For the main course, I went with the 8-oz Filet Mignon. The good: the accompanying mushrooms were absolutely amazing—earthy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—and the sauce paired with the steak was rich and elevated the plate. The steak itself, however, was a letdown. While it was cooked exactly to my requested temperature, the flavor was underwhelming and not on par with the rest of the meal.
I’ve tried every other steak cut on the menu during past visits, and I can confidently say those have always delivered incredible flavor. Unfortunately, this filet won’t be one I repeat, and I’d highly recommend opting for one of their other cuts instead if you’re looking for a truly standout experience.
All in all, Le Cellier remains a solid favorite—just with a lesson learned on my steak choices this time!
