Santa returns to Disney Springs on November 11—here’s how to join the queue

Santa’s Marketplace returns November 11 through December 24, 2026. You’ll need to be at Disney Springs to join the virtual queue in My Disney Experience; there is no standby line.

There’s another date for the Christmas calendar: Santa returns to Disney Springs from November 11 through December 24, 2026. You’ll find him at Santa’s Marketplace hosted by Dairy Does More, near Disney’s Pin Traders.

If a photo with Santa is on your list, plan around the virtual queue. Disney has confirmed that there won’t be a standby line.

Five chances to join each day

The My Disney Experience app will offer opportunities to join at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM and 5 PM, subject to availability. These are Orlando times, and they are queue-opening times—not appointments to meet Santa.

You must physically be at Disney Springs to enter. One person can request a place for the whole party, with a maximum of 10 people. When it’s your turn, the app sends a notification with a link to your digital entry code. If you can’t find it, open the app’s menu and choose Virtual Queues.

A note for our Aruba readers

During these November and December dates, Aruba is one hour ahead of Orlando. The queue openings correspond to 10 AM, noon, 2 PM, 4 PM and 6 PM in Aruba. That’s useful for keeping your times straight, but you still need to be at Disney Springs to join.

Santa’s visits begin November 11; he isn’t available there yet. Before your visit, check Disney’s official Santa page and My Disney Experience for the day’s availability.
