2026 MICHELIN plaques arrive at three Disney World restaurants
Victoria & Albert’s, Cítricos and Toledo have their 2026 plaques. Here’s what each restaurant’s recognition actually means.
A little something for the dining-room wall: the 2026 MICHELIN plaques have arrived at Victoria & Albert’s, Cítricos and Toledo. Walt Disney World’s ambassadors shared the news on October 22, with Phelicia celebrating alongside the chefs and restaurant teams.
There is a distinction worth making before this turns into a tale of three new Michelin stars. The plaques celebrate recognition in the 2026 guide, whose Florida selection was revealed on May 28. October brings the plaque story, not a fresh round of awards.

One star, plus two Selected restaurants
Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa retained one MICHELIN star in the 2026 selection. Disney says the restaurant has held that distinction since 2024, making this its third consecutive year. Its tasting-menu format is very much a plan-the-evening-around-dinner occasion.
Cítricos, also at the Grand Floridian, and Toledo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort are MICHELIN Selected restaurants. Both appear in the guide’s Selected list. That is recognition from the guide, but neither is listed as a starred or Bib Gourmand restaurant. The categories are different, and the wording matters.
Three different dinner plans
Beyond the plaques, these are quite different evenings. Cítricos has a coastal American menu and subtle Mary Poppins-inspired details. Toledo brings Spanish dishes to the rooftop of Gran Destino Tower, with tapas, seafood and steak among its offerings. Victoria & Albert’s centres its experience on a seasonal tasting menu.
If one belongs on your next-trip list, start with the restaurant’s own menu and reservation page rather than assuming that a shared MICHELIN mention means the same experience. Disney requires advance reservations for Victoria & Albert’s and highly recommends them for Toledo. Current menus, availability and booking conditions stay with Disney.
