Kermit gets a sundae in Disney’s first Jollywood Nights food preview

Six party dishes and drinks get an official first look, including a Kermit sundae, popcorn soda and a holiday ham popover. The full menu is still to come.

A Kermit sundae, a ham popover and popcorn-flavored oat milk poured over Coca-Cola Zero: Disney’s first Jollywood Nights food preview gives us plenty to talk about before the party even starts.

John Stamos and Jodie Sweetin join Chef Fallon in Disney’s new video to guess the names of six offerings coming to Hollywood Studios. This is a preview, not the complete party menu, and prices have not been announced.

A Twix on a Classic Pie — Fairfax Fare

A shortbread cookie crust holds caramel mousse, topped with a layer of chocolate ganache. A tiny gingerbread man finishes the slice. If your holiday-dessert preference runs more toward chocolate and caramel than peppermint, this is one to keep an eye on.

Bing Bong Candy Lemonade — Market near Toy Story Land

Frozen strawberry lemonade gets its purple color from butterfly pea flower tea. Cotton candy and freeze-dried candy pieces complete the drink—a fittingly colorful combination for Bing Bong.

Hickory Holiday Mac — Backlot Express

Macaroni and cheese comes topped with savory pulled pork, crispy fried onions and a drizzle of chili sauce. This is one of the more substantial-looking choices in the preview if you want something savory between the desserts.

Kermit Chocolate Pistachio Sundae — Hollywood Scoops

Kermit’s green sundae combines green cookie crumble, a chocolate cake kataifi layer and pistachio ice cream. Whipped cream, green M&M’s and green sprinkles finish it off. That is quite a change of pace from a straightforward scoop of ice cream.

Popcorn Crafted Soda — Ice Cold Hydraulics

Chef Fallon specifically introduces this drink as new for this year’s Jollywood Nights. It combines popcorn-flavored oat milk with Coca-Cola Zero and freshly popped popcorn on top. The ingredients alone make it a conversation starter; how they work together will have to wait until someone actually tries it.

Yuletide Ham Popover — Fairfax Fare

A house-made popover is filled with mashed potatoes, gravy, honey ham and cranberry chutney. The ham matters here: despite the guesses made in the video, this is not a turkey dish.

A party menu, not the daytime holiday guide

These six offerings are being previewed for Disney Jollywood Nights. They are separate from the regular daytime holiday food guide we shared yesterday.

The separately ticketed event runs on select nights November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027, from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Eastern. That is 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. the following day in Aruba. Food and beverages cost extra; they are not included in admission.

The full menu is still forthcoming. For now, we have six confirmed options and their locations—not a complete list of every restaurant’s party offerings.
