Jock Lindsey’s holiday menu lands November 10
Turkey croquettes, crispy brie and an adults-only hot chocolate flight join the holiday menu from November 10 through January 11.
Disney Springs has another festive stop to put on the list. Disney has revealed Jock Lindsey’s holiday menu and seasonal décor window: November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027.

A few things on the menu
Present Perfect Croquettes pair fried turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze. Oh Christmas Brie brings crispy Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon.
There are also pork, beef and sweet potato egg rolls, a seafood selection, short ribs and a steak Wellington dish. This is a menu preview, not a tasting report.
Something warm, something festive
For guests 21 and over, the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight has three alcoholic cocoa combinations. A separate non-alcoholic apple-and-ginger-ale drink is also on the menu.
