A cooler glow for the Electrical Water Pageant
New photo comparisons show cooler whites and richer colors on several floats, while Disney has yet to confirm the details of the reported lighting update.
The Electrical Water Pageant is catching eyes along the lagoon again. New comparisons published by BlogMickey show several familiar floats looking a little different after dark, with cooler whites and stronger blues replacing some of the warmer tones in earlier photographs.

The details that stand out
The clearest examples include the alligator’s teeth and the patriotic finale. BlogMickey’s photographs show the teeth looking white rather than yellow, while the flags and stars have deeper blue details. Neptune’s crown and seahorses appear more amber, and the dinosaur’s outline looks more orange.
What is still unconfirmed
Those visible changes have prompted reports of new LED lighting. Disney has not announced the work, however, and BlogMickey says its request for more information had not received a response. The equipment used, installation date and number of floats affected remain unclear.
For now, this is a reported lighting refresh rather than an announced new show. If the pageant is part of your evening plans, check that day’s viewing information before settling in by the water.
