Holiday decorations are appearing at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Animal lanterns on Discovery Island, a wreath in Harambe and Diwali decorations near Feathered Friends in Flight appear in a new photo report.
Animal Kingdom is beginning to show its seasonal details. WDWNT’s October 29 photo report shows animal lanterns on Discovery Island, a wreath near Harambe Market and additional Diwali decorations by Feathered Friends in Flight.
The photographs document decorations appearing around the park. They do not establish that Merry Menagerie performances have started.
Animal lanterns on Discovery Island
WDWNT photographed colorful animal lantern decorations along Riverside Depot and Island Mercantile. Deer, woodland animals and birds feature in the displays, with seasonal patterns worked into their designs. Other bird decorations appear around Discovery Island.
A wreath in Harambe and Diwali details
The same report shows a star-centered wreath near Harambe Market. In the plaza by Feathered Friends in Flight, the hanging lanterns have additional floral decorations, beads and bells for Diwali.
